Two former chiefs of staff give the next governor their advice on what to do after declaring victory

Richard Bagger was Chief of Staff for Governor Chris Christie from 2010 to 2012, having previously served as a member of both the New Jersey General Assembly and New Jersey Senate. He was a Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey from 2012 to 2021 and is currently teaching a course on the gubernatorial transition at Rutgers University.
