The New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission began accepting license applications for dispensaries Tuesday morning. By noon, more than 200 applications for licenses were submitted. The commission will begin reviewing those applications and says legal sales will begin soon, although no date has been announced. New Jersey voters endorsed the legalization of marijuana for adult recreational use in the fall of 2020.
