COVID-19 numbers have been exploding in New Jersey’s schools, with almost 7,000 students and staff testing positive this week, an 80% increase from two weeks ago. But for every positive case, there are many more kids who have to stay home because they’re considered a close contact.

Freehold Regional High School District Superintendent Charles Sampson talks about these impacts and what options the districts have.
