Fears of students cheating by using new artificial intelligence tools like ChatGPT have gripped universities and grade schools around the world. That has led to a growing demand for tools that can sniff out whether a student’s work has been faked in that way.
Princeton engineering student Edward Tian has delivered just such a tool. His app, called GPTZero, gives educators a free weapon to combat a growing problem at the intersection of technology and learning.
