Monday marks exactly three months since Eunice Dwumfour, a councilwoman in Sayreville, was shot and killed outside her home. A gunman ambushed the car of the 30-year-old mother and first-term Republican. The case remains unsolved and no arrests have been made.
The Dwumfour family remains in the dark as investigators in the case have shared little information. The family has asked for the state attorney general’s office to take over the investigation but Dwumfour’s loved ones are fearful they’ll never have answers. John Wisniewski, a former member of the state Assembly, is representing the family; he joins us to discuss the case.
