New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is resigning, following a damning report by the New York attorney general that detailed accusations by at least 11 women that he had sexually harassed them. Cuomo faced near-certain impeachment in the state Legislature and the possibility of criminal charges.

We interview Senate Majority Leader Loretta Weinberg, who has been leading efforts to combat sexual harassment in New Jersey politics.
