The NJ PBS digital documentary series “21” examines a simple question: Does where you live in the state affect how you live? The series profiles one person in each of New Jersey’s 21 counties and looks at the social determinants that affect that person’s life.

The latest film introduces us to Joe Morrison of Hunterdon County, a second-generation drag racer. “Nitro” Joe spends his time off the track expanding his respiratory disease education and awareness campaigns through his nonprofit, Right2Breathe, inspired by his father’s late-in-life diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or COPD.
