In light of a new report four months in the making, Gov. Phil Murphy has decided to close NJ's Edna Mahan women's prison.

Corrections officers at the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women will wear body cameras after allegations of sexual and physical abuse surfaced.

The decision to remove the corrections commissioner is now up to Gov. Phil Murphy.

In a 51-page lawsuit against the department, five female corrections officers allege rampant harassment, sex bias and workplace hostility by senior officers.
