Randi Tepper is the Chief Executive Officer of The Tepper Foundation, as well as a Board Member, where she leads a passionate team working to expand equity and opportunity. Randi has dedicated her career to public service, beginning with her role as an early childhood educator at an elementary school and continuing as a project manager for Zearn and Chief Operating Officer for the New Jersey Pandemic Relief Fund. She currently serves as a Board Member at Blue Meridian Partners. Randi was raised in Essex County in New Jersey.
