Dr. Fred M. Jacobs, M.D., J.D., served as commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Health under Govs. Richard Codey and Jon Corzine. He serves as clinical professor of medicine at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School and is a member of the New Jersey Medical School Board of Advisors.
