Bayly Winder ran as a Democrat in the June primary for the 2nd Congressional District. His career spans public service and private industry, including as a foreign affairs officer for the U.S. Department of State, consultant for the FBI, adviser to the U.S. Agency for International Development and senior associate for E-Space. A Fulbright Scholar who studied political science in Kuwait, he also holds an MBA from Oxford University.
