Tuesday, Jan. 18 will mark the beginning of Gov. Phil Murphy’s second term in office. Murphy won reelection in November by a slim margin over Republican challenger Jack Ciattarelli but lost Democratic allies in both the Senate and Assembly from an unexpected “red wave” of voters.
