Biden said people should be “concerned” but not “panic.”
In New Jersey, people are flocking in droves to get tested for the disease as case numbers rise in the state and as they decide whether it’s safe to see their relatives for the holidays. Many are standing in line in the biting cold for hours or finding empty shelves at their local pharmacy.
