Tony Calcado, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Rutgers University, says the goal for the university is to get everyone back on campus in the fall, a tall order given that 98% of classes currently are remote.

“We have an aggressive testing protocol; we have an aggressive quarantining protocol,” said Calcado. But central to the plan is the provision of vaccination sites on campus. Correspondent Leah Mishkin reports.
