A Red Bank pharmacy is helping low-income residents get the medications they need. Ritesh Shah Charitable Pharmacy provides them with medication for free. Residents living at or below three times the federal poverty line, or a household of four making roughly $83,000, are eligible. Four hundred patients have been served since opening its doors in April. The goal is to provide medications to at least 2,000 by the end of this year.
