Sports betting, fantasy or otherwise, has Congress members urging the FTC to keep it fraud-free. They’re setting the stage to legalize sports gambling, then regulate and tax it. A win-win?

Jersey City wants to  legalize web-based rentals through sites like Airbnb. Joining the “sharing economy” would set the stage to regulate rentals and tax them. A win for home-owners, Hotels? Not so much.

And a high-wire circus act mingled with magic and a mix of clowning. You don’t have to join the circus to learn all the tricks of the trade.
