New Jersey Transit is drawing complaints beyond just train delays and now facing new claims of sexual harassment, racism and retaliation.
NorthJersey.com reported a recent complaint filed by a former NJ Transit worker who is accusing the agency of failing to protect her from years of abuse by a supervisor. After a five-month investigation, the employee received a letter from NJ Transit substantiating her claim that her supervisor violated the agency’s sexual harassment policy.
NJ Spotlight News interviewed Colleen Wilson, transportation writer for The Record and NorthJersey.com who has been looking into the allegations.
