It is the end of an era. Some of New Jersey’s leading lawmakers gathered in the gloom of Arlington National Cemetery today to say goodbye to Frank Lautenberg, the longest serving senator in New Jersey history and the last veteran of World War II to serve in the U.S. Senate.
