NJ Spotlight News’ founding editor John Mooney discusses the culmination of the news organization’s special project, “Water’s Edge,” which looked at the threats and pressures on the Delaware River watershed and what steps have been taken to address them.
For the last week and into next, reporters have been revisiting stories from the initial 2023 project about four key areas of the watershed, each with their own pressures and promises: the Highlands, the Pinelands, the Delaware Bayshore and the urban estuary from Camden to Trenton.
The reporters and others will be further discussing their findings in a special hour-long virtual conversation next Monday at noon. The public is invited to join the livestream and can register here.
