Rationing: The second wave
Rationing is back, with stores limiting how much we can buy of certain items. Toilet paper, paper towels and other products are on the list of those being limited. It’s the same pattern as shoppers experienced during the first wave of the coronavirus pandemic in the spring.
Now, as in the spring, shoppers are trying to load up on supplies while stores are trying to make sure there’s enough to go around. Correspondent Raven Santana reports on the second wave of rationing.

She also serves on The WNET Group’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion council and is vice president of The Second Street Youth Center, based in Plainfield.
