After attending the G-20 Summit in Rome Friday where he also had an audience with Pope Francis, President Biden will attend the United Nations conference on climate change in Glasgow, Scotland. Tony MacDonald, director of the Urban Coast Institute at Monmouth University, will be in attendance at the conference, known as COP26, where he’ll be watching for what it could mean for New Jersey and the nation.
