Traffic problems in Fort Lee just landed us at the top of the list of the most congested highways in the country. The strip of road just west of the George Washington Bridge, where I-95 meets Route 4, ranked No. 1 in truck bottlenecks by the American Transportation Research Institute, or ATRI, which analyzes freight movement across the country to figure out where investments that would improve efficiency are needed.
