The Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster is now facing a lawsuit from one of its former employees. A former server at the club, Alice Bianco, alleges she was repeatedly sexually harassed by her supervisor and tricked into signing a non-disclosure agreement by Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, Alina Habba.

Bianco’s lawyer, Nancy Erika Smith, spoke with NJ Spotlight News on Tuesday about the case. Smith is a prominent New Jersey attorney who represented Gretchen Carlson when she settled her sexual harassment suit against Fox News and Roger Ailes.

“What my client wants is her voice back and to have the [non-disclosure] agreement voided,” Smith said. “She doesn’t have any interest in suing and going through that long process. She just wants to be done with them. She doesn’t want to be silenced by the very people who put her in the position of being sexually harassed.”

The latest lawsuit, filed in Middlesex County Superior Court, includes allegations dating back to 2021 when Bianco was 21 years old.
