If you were in or around the city of Newark on Tuesday night, it was a long overdue sight — fans, although a lot fewer than of old, in their red and black Devils’ jerseys, filing into the Prudential Center. With the state having opened arenas at 10% capacity as the next step in our coronavirus recovery, the fans were welcomed back inside to watch a game for the first time in 357 days.
Being a spectator isn’t exactly like it used to be, but fans told Correspondent Leah Mishkin that it’s a small price to pay for some normalcy.
