Biggest election impact: Voter turnout, culture wars, abortion or redistricting?

Over 500,000 voted early in this year's elections, the rest casting their ballots today

According to a new poll from the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers-New Brunswick, it’s not the so-called culture wars that matter most to New Jersey voters, it’s taxes and economic issues. Over 500,000 voted early in this year’s elections, and the state will soon see what other issues influenced them at the polls — or if voters come out at all.

We discuss the many issues in play in this election, including clean-energy and offshore wind controversies, “parental rights” and tax breaks.
