Crews are working tirelessly to remove trees and clear pathways in Mullica Hill as they  help the community recover from the  E-F 3 tornado that ripped through the area six days ago.

A Federal Emergency Management Agency mobile site is now set up at the Gloucester County Library so residents can directly register for assistance. People can also call the FEMA hotline (1-800-621-3362) or register online at disasterassistance.gov. FEMA officials say the goal is to deliver help to those affected as quickly as possible.

“I visited Mullica Hill and Wenonah and witnessed first-hand the destruction these tornadoes did bring, but because of president’s swift action in declaring a major disaster declaration, we’ve been able to provide some of the families who have been impacted,” said FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell.
