One day after thousands of 32BJ janitors and commercial cleaners voted to authorize a strike, marched and rallied for a fair deal, the union and representatives of 500 building managers struck a deal.

Thousands of 32BJ janitors or commercial cleaners will gather across New Jersey on Saturday to vote on the tentative agreement. Union leadership says it has no doubt workers will ratify what the union calls a victory for labor.
