The Mental Health Association in New Jersey is launching a program to address mental health issues in communities where officials say resources are lacking; it’s called COVID-19 Pandemic: Emotional Support for Families of Color.
The group offers multiple resources to help people in need, including Zoom therapy sessions and a toll-free hotline where people can chat with trained clinicians in multiple languages.
