As corporate America looks to protect its workforce against COVID-19, many people — from baseball players to long-term care staffers — are getting pressure from employers to get vaccinated in order to keep their jobs.
In New Jersey, private companies can mandate COVID-19 vaccinations. But state law also provides for exemptions — and some workers are using medical or religious reasons to avoid the shot.
