On Chat Box, David Cruz continues his “Gubernatorial Challengers” series with one-on-one conversations with Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, a candidate for the Democratic nomination, and former Englewood Cliffs Mayor Mario Kranjac, a Republican candidate. In a crowded field, what sets them apart from other candidates?
