New Jersey holds the unwelcome mantle as one of the nation’s fastest-warming states. But just how fast? The non-profit research group Climate Central in Princeton has pinpointed it at a 3.5 degree increase in the state’s average annual temperature since 1970, third only to Delaware and Alaska.
