For more than 40 years, Michael Aron reported on the issues and stories impacting the state of New Jersey, including for NJ Spotlight News.

Dubbed the “Dean of the State House Press Corps,” he talked to everybody: New Jersey governors, Senate presidents, Assembly speakers, U.S. senators and chief justices. He impacted many lives, and his family is forever grateful.

To honor Michael’s legacy, the Aron family is hosting a memorial service on Saturday, Sept. 7 at 2 p.m. at the First Congregational Church, South Fullerton Avenue, Montclair. The service is open to all who knew him or whose lives he touched.
