Thousands of New Jersey voters on Tuesday chose the “uncommitted” ballot option in the  Democratic primary election for U.S. president, a protest vote designed to signal growing unrest against President Biden and his military aid for Israel, advocates said. As of Thursday at 6:30 p.m., the tally for “uncommitted” votes was 42,090, with 93% of votes counted.
