Gov. Phil Murphy’s budget proposal for a corporate transit fee would levy a tax on large companies to fund NJ Transit. On Chat Box, David Cruz is joined by Alex Ambrose, a policy analyst with New Jersey Policy Perspective, and Colleen Wilson, the transportation reporter with The Record/NorthJersey.com, to discuss whether the plan is enough of a lifeline for the troubled transit agency.
