California ranked highest, with 2,315.23 registered EVs per 100,000 people. Hawaii came in second, followed by Washington, Oregon, Nevada and Colorado. New Jersey ranked seventh-highest, with 939.67 registered EVs per 100,000 people. And North Dakota ranked last, with 81.12 registered EVs per 100,000 people.
