Michele Siekerka, president of the New Jersey Business and Industry Association, and New Jersey Policy Perspective senior policy analyst Sheila Reynertson join David Cruz on Chat Box this week. They discuss the record-setting budget plan presented Tuesday by Gov. Phil Murphy and what that could mean for residents and businesses.

Joe Signorello, mayor of Roselle Park, talks about his big announcement — his intent to challenge Sen. Bob Menendez for his seat.
