
Just 30 percent of New Jersey voters view Gov. Chris Christie favorably, according to a new Rutgers-Eagleton Poll released Thursday, marking an all-time personal low for the Republican presidential candidate.
Christie’s favorability rating has fallen by eight percentage points since April and the percentage of voters who hold an unfavorable opinion of Christie, some 59 percent, has risen by 11 percentage points in that same amount of time.
Those who reported viewing Christie as unfavorable cited a number of reasons for their assessments, such as the governor’s character and attitude.
