A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge in Camden on Friday declined to approve the $82 million sale of Revel Casino Hotel in Atlantic City to Florida developer Glenn Straub, according to multiple published reports.
It is the second time a sale of the shuttered casino to Straub has been rejected. Straub previously had a $95.4 million offer declined, and back in November, a $110 million offer from Brookfield Asset Management was declined after the Canadian company backed out of the deal.
